Why Choose me?
(01)
Creative ideas
I can lead through influence alone with the proven ability to enact massive change throughout an organization.

Instrumental in supporting massive growth. I helped scale the capabilities of two teams at once by designing new processes and design methodologies along with training and developing the technical skills of the two engineering teams.

Each of these teams went from single expert contributor to teams of 4 and 15+ respectively. While the division went from one product to four products and from $250M to $1B annual revenue.
(02)
Strong Self-Starter
I am process oriented and enjoy continuous improvement.

I have a proven track record of transitioning from entry level positions to critical roles in very short time frames.

I am a system architect with the ability to contribute directly anywhere in the design process.
(03)
Data Collection and Analytical Skills
I have multidimensional analytical skills: time domain, frequency domain, transient analysis, statistical analysis, discrete-sampled-systems, broadband and RF based systems.

I use data collection and analysis for data-driven design decisions and architecture trade-offs.

User centered principles, design thinking and visual thinking processes are at the core of what I do.
(04)
Strong Programming Skills
C/C++, Python, Matlab, Verilog.
LangChain, Docker, Micro-Architecture System Design.
Inference Endpoints, LLMs.
(05)
Diverse Formalized Trainings
BS and MS in Electrical Engineering
Product Management Certification
UX & UI Design Certification
Artificial Intelligence for Product Certfication
NLP and Personal Development Coaching
Associates in Applied Science : Electronics

Playbooks include : Product Management, UX Design, UI Design, Prompt Engineering, Category Design, Copy Writing, Visual Thinking, Business Visual Thinking, Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, Content Writing, Life Coaching and more.
MY Product PROCESS
[STEP-1]
Detonate
Project kick-off is used to establish a strong foundation of shared purpose, roles and clarity around a project.

Here we'll identify key stake holders and KPIs, understand cultural differences in team members and recalibrate the organization's values towards a growth model
[STEP-2]
Discovery
The discovery phase is where we uncover potential opportunities we can go after with your product.

In this phase, we seek to understand the external competitive landscape, your internal value chains, including your technology strategy.

For new products I like to include customer development activities in the discovery phase.
[STEP-3]
Define
In the define phase, we'll narrow down the problem space to a specific, feasible slice that shape the business outcomes we're going after, outlining the big picture so we know where our project fits in and how we plan to achieve product-market-fit.

In this phase, we'll prioritize the problems identified during discovery, pick the target customer, map the customer journey, define success metrics, create the product vision, propose a product road map and create the product requirements document.
[STEP-4]
Design
Design is more than just arranging pixels. The design phase includes expansive thinking and validating our ideas with real people.

We validate the user experience with mockups and prototypes along with the technical solution using both documentation and technical prototypes.

Design Steps : research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, visual design and usability testing.
[STEP-5]
Develop
The develop phase is where we turn our ideas into working code.

For technology companies, investment in your technology stack serves as the engine that allows you to learn, build, run and operate your products and services at scale.

In this phase we decide on our software development methodologies, software design patterns, APIs, CI/CD methodologies and follow object oriented design patterns.

Conway's law states that organizations that design systems are constrained to produce designs that are copies of the communication structures of these organizations.

I've seen it time and time again, a change in workflow + addition of new technology is all it takes to maximize value creation and accelerate time-to-market.
[STEP-6]
Deliver
The deliver phase is where our product hits the market. Here we are concerned with pricing and monetization strategies, marketing strategies and product positioning.

The goal is to meet our customers in the marketplace to unlock customer lifetime value by understanding types of markets and evaluating customer acquisition channels.

A solid go-to-market plan is derived from our value proposition canvas and crafting a product message which targets our customer profile in their market segments.
[STEP-7]
Debrief
Product Management is an iterative process and the debrief phase marks the final step before going back through the discovery phase to find new product opportunities.

Before moving on we reflect looking at product metrics, partaking in continuous improvement activities and sharing process and agile retrospectives.

It's important to inform stakeholders of our product's success and failures as they relate to our high-level business objectives.
