I’ve been a long-time fan of user-centered design ever since working with the industrial designers at Logic PD and I’ve always wanted some sort of formalized training in design thinking and user experience design.
Working as a developer, I got to see first had what happens when developers think they know what our end users want. This taught me how valuable good research and good design skills are.
I saw out the UX / UI Program at Springboard to round out my skills within the product triangle : design, development and business.
Through this training, I developed expertise in design thinking, interaction design, and information architecture, allowing me to craft seamless user experiences that align with both business and user needs.
My featured case studies include Flirty Fits and Rift Riders, where I applied user research insights, iterative design methodologies, and usability testing to refine digital product experiences.
The Springboard UX/UI Design Career Track is a 700+ hour intensive training program covering the end-to-end UX and UI design process—from user research and wire framing to prototyping and usability testing.
This program provided hands-on experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital products, with mentorship from an industry professionals with real-world project evaluations.
By completing design sprints, research-driven projects, and end-to-end product designs, I gained a practical, hands-on understanding of UX/UI workflows, usability principles, and user-centered problem-solving.
